I am excited about sharing with you a very helpful tool for realtors and sellers. Staged homes sell faster and for more money than those that aren’t staged. The investment in home staging is always less than a price reduction. I am pleased to say I have trained, been named an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and am a  member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP). IAHSP is the only Association for Home Staging recognized by the National Realtors’ Association. Home staging has gone from “nice-to-have” to a “must-have” strategy in the selling process.
